For old type machines, customer needs to remove molybdenum wire when he wants to adjust height of Z axis, but for KD800GL, customer doesn’t have to, just simply push buttons to move Z axis upward and downward, much convenient for operator and save a lot of time to thread the wire again.   Structure features

  (1).High intensity HT250 resin sand casting;
  (2).Twice tempering treatment, to remove inner stress and keep long term accuracy;

  Big angle cutting system

  (1) Kingred adopts vertical structure for angle cutting system(invention patent), U&V axis is driven by high precision ball screw and linear guideway to realize big angle cutting ±15°;
  (2) Hand control box to control U and V axis to perform up and down motion;
  (3) Z axis can approach workpiece closely to do face machining to get better cutting performance;
  (4) Z axis is driven by low speed high torque motor, there is no need to remove wire when adjust Z axis, it's convenient for cutting of different heights.

  As show in above figure, AutuCUT is a whole integrated solution for wire cut EDM machining. AutoCUT system is consisted by AutoCUT software, PCI based drive card, and high stabile main board of stepper motor drive, and 0.5 microseconds medium speed wire cut EDM high frequency main vibration board. AutoCUT software includes AutoCAD embedded module and cutting control software.

  Main function of AutoCUT:

  1. Support graph drive automatic programming, there is no need for customers to touch codes, only need to set cutting technology to the graph for cutting; at the same time, it support 3B or G code list created by other wire cut EDM software, and simply read and process to do cutting.

  2. Software is embedded in AutoCAD, CAXA and some other software, customers just need to know AutoCAD or other design software, easy to use and no need for special training of drawing.
